Return eligibility includes defective goods and non-defective goods, and an exchange may also be requested. Applications must be made no later than 30 days from delivery; this includes preference changes, a changed mind, or selecting the wrong item.
Only new, unused products in original condition qualify. Packaging, tags, and all supplied accessories must remain with the item. The free return label is included in the original package for a return by mail, and there is no restocking charge.
Obtain approval before sending a parcel by providing the order number, checkout email, and reason. Damage, faults, incorrect merchandise, missing pieces, or a material mismatch with the description also require useful photos or video of the item and its packaging. Do not mail an unauthorized return.
An exchange can be completed only when stock is available. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and are processed within 10 days after approval.
