We begin order handling after a successful payment authorization. Checkout is the source of truth for the payment choices actually enabled.
A payment service may approve, examine, refuse, or ask for additional confirmation. Billing information must be complete and correct. Transactions that are unfinished, high risk, or cannot be verified can be held or cancelled.
This page does not retain complete card numbers. The card issuer or payment provider generally manages declined charges, authorization freezes, disputes, chargebacks, and exchange-rate concerns.
An accepted refund usually returns through the original payment route, with final posting controlled by the provider.
